Sattelfest Kassel 2010 - I was there
Yesterday was the 16th and the Sattelfest blocked the road between Kassel and Hann Wolfsanger. Munden.

Bonanza wheel - Assembly begins
So slowly now begins the installation of the project Bonanza wheel. Even though I have the brake cables in white and the spokes of the wheels are missing so I can not wait to go and now it looks even a bit more to the bicycle.
The bearing shells and all other visible parts of the tax rate was polished to a mirror finish and fitted and the fork is fitted with fake feathers somehow it also looks classy.
Bonanza wheel - frame and leather saddle
After I was able to pick up the finished painted frame from the paint shop last week and was surprised by the great work now if it was yesterday and I also received the new padded saddle from the main car upholstery wool in Kassel.
The friendly Autosattler "wool" has done a great job. The seat is now covered in leather and lined very easily and firmly. The imitated the original seams are now sold at my request with orange thread. I think this single piece will be an eye-catcher on my Chopper.

Long time no reports to my Chopper and therefore now even a short intermediate state.
The chain guard or chain case is now back also. He was not just special chrome plated. If it is dull over time or otherwise changes his negative I can always still original paint in orange again. So far it seems to definitely really smart I think.

Last Thursday, it finally happened and I met in the afternoon Christian D. at the motorway service station Kassel on his way from Cologne in the resin.
After phone had very much contact he had put together a really great package for me and now I have yet to actually complete all missing or very rusted parts.

Today I have for the first time the tip of the Chopper Forums tested and pushed to the rust on the chrome rims with cola and aluminum foil to leibe.
It sounds to me kind of crazy, but it actually works great!
